I love the user …
I love the user name and the fact that it fits, especially here! What NON-SENSE for people to say “No because he is still growing” –No shit, Sherman! That is the BEST time to train the body. Let the kid get some muscle and some discipline so he will grow up to be a man, and not a flippin’ girlie-man like so many teen-”angels” today…….Bless you!

Derrrr, people …
Derrrr, people continue to “grow” until they are about 21 (in the context you mean) of course growth continues throughout life….so there is no problem starting training. I started when I was five because my uncle was a professional wrestler.

I wouldn’t be …
I wouldn’t be asking ,but from the top of my head I can guess that this meal other than protein rich will offer U absolutley nothing for your muscle growth :( Looks tasty anyways :)

Well it sure has a …
Well it sure has a lot of protein in it but protein is only 1 out of lets say 10 things that U need to actually trigger essential processes in your body so that an actual muscle can be built. Just the name the few questions U should be asking about a meal: What kind of essential fatty acids are there? what kind of carbs (GI value for main carb source?),what is the balance between all the different fat types and what is the balance in the rest of macro-nutricients?

It may not sound …
It may not sound very healthy or like a “muscle building” food…but in retrospect, it is….he has a lot of lean protein in there, the chips are eh, but they are not the worst in the world, they are baked and naturally have less fat….the vegatables, well u cant go wrong with them…and he has low fat cheese (or was it non-fat)….its pretty healthy…

I agree, I don’t …
I agree, I don’t have a small wasp thin waist, even when I’m dieted down for competition my mid-section is still pretty big compared to most competitors my size. My waist is 34 inches and my chest is 50 so there is a 16 inch difference which still isn’t too bad.
