		<description>After School Veggie Pita

INGREDIENTS:

    * 2 cups Mann&#039;s Broccoli Cole Slaw
    * 2/3 cup hummus (Middle Eastern chickpea dip), purchased or homemade
    * 4 teaspoons jalapenos, fresh and finely chopped
    * 2 pita breads (6 inches in diameter)
    * 4 tomato slices, large

DIRECTIONS:

   1. In a medium bowl, mix together Mann&#039;s Broccoli Cole Slaw, hummus, and jalapeno peppers. Using kitchen scissors or a sharp knife, cut pita breads in half. Fill each pita half with 1 or 2 tomato slices and 1/2 cup of the broccoli slaw-hummus mixture.

Baked Corn Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

    * 1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn
    * 1 (14.75 ounce) can cream-style corn
    * 1/2 cup sour cream
    * 1 cup butter or margarine, melted
    * 2 eggs
    * 1 (12 ounce) package corn muffin mix

DIRECTIONS:

   1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
   2. Combine the whole-kernel corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, melted butter or margarine, beaten eggs and corn muffin mix. Mix well and pour into one 9x13 inch baking pan.

		<description>Best and easiest has to be veggie and cheese sandwhiches. Stirfry up as many veggies as you can eat, turn the heat of and pour in your choice of cheese and turn them over till it&#039;s mixed and then put it on bread or a pita. Yum!!
