Ingredients
3 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup whole-wheat flour
1 pinch salt
1 pinch baking powder
water, as necessary

Rub the veg oil into the flour. Stir in salt and baking powder &amp; rub until the batter has a crumbly texture. Gradually add water &amp; knead into a stiff dough. Divide dough into 4 portions. Flatten each one &amp; then roll out into thin, round disks. Cut each disk in half and cover with a damp towel.</description>
