please help for the nerves to be healed to help at least also specifically for sexual orangan nerve damage the clitorus ok or for any type of nerve damage thank you !
In general oils are good for nerve function – fish oil (omega 3), primrose oil and vitamin 3.
As a chiropractor, the position of the pelvis, especially after a childbirth, can have a huge affect on the pudendal nerves including to sexual organs.
Visit a chiropractor you can find through a major insurance (blue cross/shield/kaiser, etc.) they work with approved guidelines and are very well screened!
Best luck.

I want to study cosmetology, but I’m more interested in skin care. I know cosmetologists get paid like 6 an hour, but how much does a skin care specialist get paid??
An hourly rate completely depends on who you are working for and what the terms of your employment are. For example, if you rent your own space and are doing simple european facials, you can generally charge between $65 and $150 per hour depending on where you are located (nowhere, Virginia or New York City). If you own the space, this is all yours – do 4 a day and you have yourself a nice $100,000 per year job. If you enter into a "split" agreement with a spa or clinic owner, you may get a 50% split of whatever you do, so the same facial, you will get $35 to $75 for each treatment. The difference here is that you have no expenses or overhead to deal with.
Lastly, if you have specialty equipment like a LipoMax, or DermaPod machine, for example, you can charge a LOT more for each treatment – well into the hundreds. Also- you can set up repeat treatments to get a much higher average customer value.
My 3 yr. old daughter has been recently diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. My stepsons birthday is this weekend and I planned on just getting a recipe for the birthday cake online. There are thousands of recipes, but not many with the carb exchanges listed so that I know how much insulin to give her. Many of the recipes online are for adults. I need a recipe for just a plain white cake. Also I need a recipe for a diabetic frosting as well. Please help if you can!
i have a diabetic cookbook, if you email me and tell me what flavor you want, i will get one for you. my email is my screen name at yahoo.com, of course. also, be careful with artificial sweetners, because some can have the same affect on insulin levels that sugar does…i have read that Splenda does. you can actually use splenda in any recipe you have now and substitute it cup for cup for the sugar. it doesn’t have the calories of sugar, at least, and it tastes the same. you might want to speak to a diatician, because in a lot of cases, diabetics can have some sugar, you just have to balance it with other things like proteins to help keep the blood sugar stable.
I buy weight watchers cakes now and again as I’m following the plan.
I was thinking about making my own cakes instead (I don’t eat very many about 6 very small slices a week) but I would have to be careful with points values.
Any low fat recipes?
Weight watchers have loads of recipes on their web site, I’ve not actually looked for a cake recipe but I am sure you aren’t the only person that ever wanted to make a low cal cake so try searching their site first
Rub four chicken breasts with packaged taco seasoning. Spread fresh salsa on top of breasts. Cover with shredded cheddar and bake in a 350 degree oven until chicken is done. Serve with sour cream. Yummy!

Some years ago, in a Chinese restaurant I tasted the most delicious tofu dish, I remember the gravy was dark. I have tried many combinations but my Tofu recipes are not good enough.
Thanks in advance

These are a couple of my favorites. I’m going to put a couple more up here that are from scratch.
This is one of my favorites. A V&V contributor sent me this recipe:

Now for some advice. When you broil, grill, or fry tofu, poke holes through-out the block with a fork and put the block on some napkins flipping it on both sides after 15 minutes. That gets the excess water out. To give it a special flavor marinate it in a dish over night ( in the fridge). I like setting the cubes in lemon or orange juice with sliced ginger mixed in it. I also use tomato and basil sauce or seasoned sun dried tomatoes in oil and vinegar to marinate. If you want tofu to firm and puff out so that it can have a more fleshy texture let it set after cooking and then stick it in the fridge for 8 hours. It will taste more like some type of flesh food then. Email me if you have any questions.
Edit- I forgot to tell you blue potatoes (stir fried in olive oil go well with tofu scramble. Also, swiss chard and tofu stir fried in grape- seed oil taste good. Spinach and mushrooms stir-fried in olive oil along with tofu scramble is a favorite over here in the U.S.
If you don’t feel like cooking it some companies like Frieda’s and House foods carry ready to serve Tofu Steak.
