Rub four chicken breasts with packaged taco seasoning. Spread fresh salsa on top of breasts. Cover with shredded cheddar and bake in a 350 degree oven until chicken is done. Serve with sour cream. Yummy!

Chicken tenders saute’ in olive oil until done. Remove the chicken and add fresh garlic to the drippings in the pan. Saute a few seconds. Add 2 cups cream, 4 Tablespoons butter, 1/2 teas garlic salt and 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese. Return chicken to pan and let simmer for 20-30 minutes. Yummy chicken alfredo!
