		<description>Baked Brie &amp; Apple Slices.
Cut a big X in the top of a 4 oz wheel of Brie cheese.
Place into a buttered baking dish, bake at 350F for
about 6 minutes, until bubbly &amp; browned.
Place on dinner plate; surround with apple slices.
Use Granny Smith or Mac type apples.
(1/4 apple = 4 carbs)

Another idea uses sugar-free Jello with fresh fruit:
raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, etc.

		<description>No Bake Cookies

2 cups sugar-- use Splenda
1/2 cup milk
1 stick butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
4 tablespoons cocoa
3 cups oats
1 teaspoon vanilla

Boil sugar, milk, butter and cocoa for 1 1/2 minutes (until all the sugar is melted).
Start timing when mixture comes to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Add peanut butter, oats, and vanilla.
Mix until blended.
Drop by spoon fulls onto waxed paper to set and cool&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
