Keep in mind that what you want is normal energy. Stay away from herbs or pills because you will be worse off in the long run. Try taking a multivitamin. Any brand will do and you have all the bases covered. If they work, you have not been eating a balanced diet or you have a digestive disorder and you should consult a doctor.
Exercise is the real way to get increased energy and stamina, of the aerobic type. I realize you may not like this answer.
