I have a great vegetarian cook book called How to Cook Everything Vegetarian by Mark Bittman. The book is divided into categories. The categories are salads, soups, eggs dairy and cheese, vegetables and fruits, pasta noodles and dumplings, grains, legumes, high protein foods, breads, pizzas, sandwiches and wraps, sauces, condiments, herbs and spices, and desserts. I love the book because there are so many different types of food in it, from french to thai. The book cost 35 dollars and it is from Borders
