The key to get listed on Google’s first page is to target keyword phrases that have between 500 – 5000 results. What I mean by results is if you do a search at Google in quotes “” and look at the top right corner you will see the total number of results listed for your keyword phrase.

For example I did a search for “make money online writing articles” and BINGO…only 4,460 results returned. That is what you want to see…easy pickings!

If the results are below 5000 then it should be fairly easy to construct an article to get listed on the first page for that keyword phrase. This is a very affective article marketing strategy.

Next you want to use some basic SEO (search engine optimization). Take the keyword phrase you just found and use that as the title of your article. It is imperative to include your phrase in the title.

To write a well SEO article you want to make sure your article is relevant to your title. If your title is about “How to make money using articles” don’t write about ways to make money with affiliate programs.

Make sense?

Now you want to include your keyword phrase several times in your article. A good rule is to include it every 100 or so words. Don’t over do it or Google will think you are spamming and not pick-up your article.

Last is the Author or Resource box. Here is where you want to catch the readers attention making them click on your link to get more information. Use call to action phrases such as “Click Here Now” or “Right Here”. You have to tell the reader where to go next. Don’t assume they will know where to click.

There you have it. Article marketing is a simple way how to make fast and easy money with no capital investment on your part except time. If you can write at least one article per day you can make a life changing income.

STUFFED ROUND STEAK

1 1/2 lbs round steak, 1/4 inch thickness
1 1/2 cups Italian style breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
garlic powder (for sprinkling)
3 tablespoons Parmesan or Romano cheese, grated
1/2 teaspoon Hungarian paprika (optional)
1/3 cup chopped red or yellow onion
8 thin slices pancetta or bacon
Olive oil spray

Cut steak into 8 2X4 inch strips. Lightly season the strips with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Combine breadcrumbs, melted butter and olive oil, minced parsley, grated cheese and paprika. Spread this mixture on each steak slice.

Roll up slice with stuffing mixture inside. Wrap a slice of pancetta or bacon on the outside of each roll and fasten with a wooden toothpick or tie up with a piece of cotton string. Whichever you use, soak the toothpick or string in water for a minute or so before you use it to prevent scorching.

Spray the rolls with olive oil spray (or brush on plain olive oil). Sprinkle with garlic powder.

Broil the rolls slowly over hot coals until the pancetta or bacon has become crispy. If it begins to dry, spray lightly with olive oil again during the cooking, being careful of flare-ups. Turn frequently until done.

Garnish with fresh parsley sprigs. Serve on buttered and grilled rolls

take a great cut of thawed steak, sear on both sides (run a sharp knife in criss cross pattern, just lightly)

Combine in a bowl:

3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup worcestershire sauce
2 Tb dry fine mustard, regular mustard is okay substitute
1 Tb ground pepper

ingredients not only flavor, but tenderize.

stir it all together, make sure mustard is well incorporated and put your steaks in any container deep enough to hold steaks+ marinate. Pour in combined ingredients, Cover with tin foil, leave in fridge as long as you have before dinner time. 30 minutes-4 hours. Throw steaks on the grill! Using your oven’s broiler is the next best thing to grilling. 2 minutes on each side, or however you like yours done! Enjoy

A lot of people use Yahoo Answers for that purpose. They post long, boring, emo poems without rhyme or meter and ask for advice. Sometimes they give Best Answer to the most flattering comment, sometimes to the most brutal.

There’s also poetry.com, but I don’t know to what extent it is an attempt to part fools from their money.

So I’m taking a wellness class in college to help me learn more info on being healthy. My first question is what is a reasonable amount of weight to lose in a month. My instructor said it was about 5 lbs. but I heard it was anywhere from 8-10. I know usuallly you lose more in the first few weeks. My second question is based on a 1200 calorie limit. I just want to know what or where can I find some good and realistic meal plans. I’m trying to cut down on my white foods(i.e. white bread, rice etc.) and I’m using wheat bread instead. but I can’t find any realistic food plans or even suggestions because most of them I see have foods I’ve never heard of. I’m trying to stick with 1200 calories but I may increase that depending on how my body reacts. Usually I get headaches if I don’t eat enough. Anyways…mostly I just wanted to know about the reasonable amount of weight to lose and somewhere I can find a good meal plan or suggestions. Thanx!

I agree that 1-2 pounds a week is best. They say that if you lose weight any faster than that, you are at risk to pile it back on again later.

I also eat about 1200 calories a day and I have found that food journaling helped me alot, at least in the beginning. Even though I initially detested the idea of calorie counting, I found it to be a lot easier after I started learning about portion sizes and how many calories are in a proper portion. There is a great, free site called fitday.com where you can enter your food and they keep track of the calories you consume. They also do this for fitness activities, if you are including exercise in your diet (which you should).

I don’t follow a particular plan because I don’t like the idea of being told what to eat. I have found that increasing the amount of whole grains consumed, along with friuts and veggies, makes it a lot easier for me to stay within my calorie limit. Eating more lean protiens and low/non fat dairy items also helps. I also find that eating the same breakfast every day (low sodium V8 juice, weight control oatmeal and a 1/2 a grapefruit) makes life easier. You don’t have to eat that specifically but if you can find a healthy breakfast you can eat every day, you are starting out on the right foot each day!

You don’t have to eat a bunch of wacky foods that you have never heard of before to be healthy. Most foods can find a way into a low calorie lifestyle. I love pizza and tend to overdo it bigtime when the Dominos man comes. Instead, I keep a few Lean Cuisine pizzas in the freezer. That way I can have pizza every once in a while but not worry because they are only 350 calories a each. I do recommend trying a new food every now and then. You never know what you might find that you really like and diversity is a great thing for your diet.

I also get headaches when I am hungry. The best way I have found to keep that from happening is to snack between meals. This keeps the blood sugar steady and also helps keep you from getting cravings for unhealthy foods. A typical snack might be a bowl of strawberries, a piece of string cheese or 1/2 an ounce of whole almonds and a couple of baby carrots. Always drink water with your snack an you will be surprised how much a tiny 100 calorie snack can fill you up. At the very least, it will get you through until your next meal. Oh, one last thing, if you are on a low calorie diet, you should take a daily multi-vitamin.

You should see if she consumes exito toxins, like Aspartame, Splenda ”Sucralose”, Nutrasweet, any artificial sweetener especially diet soda could cause MS type symptoms. Does she have a large number of metal fillings, that would do it to, after people eliminate those two things and do a heavy metal cleans almost 100% of the time there MS symptoms go away.

whats your favorite recipe done on the grill.

Cedar planked salmon
1 3-4lb filet of salmon
1 cedar plank – 1 to 2 inches larger then filet of salmon all the way around
3 tablespoons of olive oil for brushing the plank
3 tablespoons of olive oil for drizzling over salmon
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup Salt
2 oranges zested
1 large head of garlic peeled and chopped very fine
2 large onions peeled and sliced thin
1 cup basil

Soak the planks in water for a couple hours prior to cooking- some grocery stores sell the planks, william sonoma has them, or buy untreated cedar planks at teh lumber yard.

Mix salt, brown sugar, and orange zest and spread it generously on both sides of salmon filet. This procedure can be done 1 to 2 hours in advance.

Brush one side of the plank w/ olive oil, spread garlic puree on the plank. Place salmon filet on top. Sprinkle the salmon filet w/ garlic. Cover generously w/ sliced onions and then drizzle w/ remaining olive oil.
Place the planked salmon directly on the grill. Let it set on fire, let it burn to the edges of the salmon. Place a lid over the grill to smother the fire and cook salmon for approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Use probe thermometer to be sure. 120F is medium rare.

Serve with roasted potatoes with dill and butter, and some green beans or asparagus.

I’ve been into kickboxing and biking as a workout to lose some weight and I find it effective, following with a sensible diet for weightloss. but the last 10 lbs is so hard to get rid. I didn’t change my diet or my workout routine. what should I do? should I lower my daily calorie more and do workout more? will that slower my metabolism if I lower my daily calorie more?

once your body gets used to the work out, it stays the same.
you need to make your work out more intense or longer, to push your body, or it wont lose weight.

its not the calories. it is just that ur body got used to ur work out.

(i learned this in health like 2 days ago! haha)
