I had some low carb tortillas when I was last in TX, and they were really good. Anyone have a recipe for either tortillas or pita bread?
Pita pizzas are good – take your pitas and top them with spinach, sliced or diced tomatoes, goat and/or feta cheese, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with a little salt and cracked pepper. Bake in a 350 oven for about 20 minutes. The pita crust gets crispy on the outside – they are good and make a nice light meal or cut in pieces for appetizers.
