Fried Rice has Soy …
Fried Rice has Soy Sauce and Vinegar and the rice is pre-cooked and added to the vegetables. For Pulao, the rice is cooked with the vegetables and does not have Soy Sauce or Vinegar (more Indian spices)

It really is …
It really is important to use the right kind of rice for the right dish.
That is why we always use Long Grain Rice for this particular one, it tastes great when relheated and does not stick 9if made the right way.
Cheers!

Hi Hetal and Anuja. …
Hi Hetal and Anuja. Everything is fine? with your fried rice and i bet it will taste great!!!!
But there are few things which i (or many) wouldn’t agree with you.

1. Dropping an egg from its shell directly into the pan. It doesn’t work out. Every chef beats the egg moderately before making it scrambled and mixing it with either noodles or pasta or rice. If you watch this video closely, addition of eggs was a little messy.

And hetal, if Fried …
And hetal, if Fried rice if made with left-over rice, it won’t taste good, because left over rice accumulates much moisture and gives a kinda of rough feel.

2.? Rice is not seperate, rather its kinda “glued” and not loose. Fried rice tastes great when they are loose and not sticking with each other.

and Thanks for giving us some good recipe’s. keep up the good work !!!

This recipe will …
This recipe will approx 4-5 ppl. Shrimp is something you can put a lot of or little so it’ll be up to you. You can estimate by calculating how many shrimp per person you’d like to have and multiply by 4 or 5. Eggrolls go great as a side as well as a soup (sweet corn or hot & sour).

Hi Hetal & Anuja.. …
Hi Hetal & Anuja.. I have tried some of your recipes and they always turn out great.. thank you..

I’m having a dinner party over the weekend.. having around 10-12 guests.. I am planning for a chinese themed party.. For how many people does this fried rice serve? And what if I want to make shrimp fried rice, how much of shrimp is required for this?
And can you suggest some (easy – I have a toddler, so can’t be in the kitchen for long) side dishes(veg & NV) to go along with this.. TIA

You two NEED a cooking/lifestyle television program.

The everyday tips (buttons, strawberry) combined with these vibrant recipes deserve to be given distribution on television network.

Indian-Chinese fusion looks, sounds and is delicious, and there should be some Indian-cuisine cooking shows out there too.
