This video is intended to show my use of the 24k solid Gold Facial. While spas sell a similar facial for up to $500, I prefer to just do it at home myself (and recommend that you do too). 
Once you equip yourself with knowledge, there is no reason to pay someone else…plus you can customize the treatment to your own liking.
You can easily buy the gold to apply from a variety of sources online (I bought this gold from a reputable seller on eBay). The gold comes in small, thin strips. (about 1.5″ x 1.5″ each)…and I believe it is sold in a pack of 30.
