The soup looks fantastic. I’ll try it as soon as my tomatoes are ripe.
*Note: Stevia is NOT an artificial sweetener. It is a plant, the leaves of which are very sweet. I have a plant growing in my kitchen window. It is a very natural product. Just because it isn’t sugar doesn’t mean it’s artificial.

That is why I choose to use stevia. I like to use natural foods, instead of artificial man made chemicals.
