I’ve tried a few vitamin companies too. I look for the list of ingredients and the sources of the ingredients. Get referrals from friends for products. If it worked for them it might work for you too. Find a vitamin store that has a knowledgeable owner. This can be a great source of information. In the long run the proof is in the pudding. If it works for you, then your are getting the best product.
I’ve bought products in the past that had no effect for me. They went in the trash can. When I find something that works I keep buying it.
I have no idea what Now foods is or what’s in it. I would have to look at the label to tell you.

I've used "Now" brand and still sometimes buy their stuff but I prefer "Source Naturals."
