also, as a sidenote, if you eat 3 big meals (breakfast lunch, and dinner) you will gain more wait then if you ate 5-6 smaller meals…the reason is cause 3 big meals get your metabolism burning a bit of what you eat (depending on exercise) but then stops until next meal…well like i said it takes a while for it to start up so you store fat until it kicks on…eating small meals more often makes it always run, and burn the entire meal.

well if you eat breakfast (a small one) then your body is ready for that next meal, and your metabolism never stops. every meal it is warmed up and ready to burn…but if you skip the warming up (breakfast) and then eat later, yea it will still start up your metabolism then, but everything is more effective, in terms of burning calories and whatnot, in the morning…i mean i cant explain WHY it does that, or why it helps, but it does

dude it’s true…sumos skip breakfast to gain weight, because breakfast in the morning starts your metabolism for the day, eating small meals often will keep that metabolism going, burning more and storing less throughout the day. if you skip breakfast then your metabolism cycle pumps up later. think of it like a…car maybe…you turn the key and the car starts in a second or two…but you should wait a minute otherwise it wont be warmed up and may damage it…well

If sumo wrestlers skip breakfast in order to gain weight, it should be based in the idea that morning air is fattening. A myth.
The “eat breakfast and every three hours” plan, is good for controlling wrong appetites. If you are going to skip breakfast in order to shove a pig down the throat at lunch, it surely is better to have a reasonable breakfast and lunch.

When you want to loose weight and gain muscle they always tell you to Have breakfast then eat every 3 hours, no carbs after 12.00pm and no calories after 8:00pm.

No breakfast means that the body will be using stored energy to fuel itself, which favors weight loss.
If skipping breakfast means that you will compensate afterwards with wrong calories, then it will seem like no breakfast made you fatter – which simply is not the case – the culprit was the wrong food ingested at lunch.
