Be sure to eat 5-6 meals a day, protein in each meal if possible. Also I would go for fresh foods rather than frozen foods. Just my choice.

So far it seems decent, see how it works out. Be aware that if you have low protein and low calories, but you&#039;re doing a lot of cardio, you may be losing fat, but you are also losing muscle. Lift weights then do cardio at the end. Work one or two muscle groups per day. 5 days a week, 2 days off.
