Salmon fish, I marinade in lemon and dill sauce, then grill on both sides! Yummi You can either bake in an oven or grill in an electrical grill

I love Alaskan Halibut!

I drizzle it with a little heart-healthy extra virgin olive oil, then lay in on a roasting pan in the oben until its just the way I like it!

then I drizzle a bit of lemon juice on top for a dash of extra flavor & enjoy with a great salad & rosasted asparagus!

Oh So Good!!!

Salmon, whole gutted, head and tail removed.
Spread inside with heavy layer of mayo (sounds weird I know)
Place thin slices lemon on mayo, sprinkle with dill.
Wrap in foil and set on grill top.

Mayo makes it so the fish doesn’t dry out and gives it a unique flavor. Happy grilling
