I just want to start working out to lose some weight and gain some muscle. What Supplements are best for this? Like anything that will boost metabolism, lessen the burning in muscles while working out, anything that will build muscle? Just need a few tips on it because I’m new to this. Thanks alot!

You can actually get a lot of information from this free ebook i found, its written by a guy called Vince Delmonte. It pretty much tells you whats best to eat, when to eat it, how much of it to eat etc. Interesting read, i reccommend it. You can download it from my source.

As soon as you said "I just want to start…." I knew you were in the wrong frame of mind. You don’t need supplements when you start. Other than protein and vitamins you never take supplements at the beginning. You need a good system and one that will never let you reach plateaus. Supplements are for breaking through plateaus. And, you don’t start a program with supplements. Get in the right frame of mind and get a good workout program: http://www.igainmusclelosefat.com

Hey chis ,
I took a personal trainers course and have found out that the best thing you can do is protein ..Whey protein is the best for muscle formation and repair plus it helps curb your appitite by making you feel full ..Also chicken ,fish ,tuna ,cottage cheese ,cheese have a good amino acid content ,which are the building blocks of the muscle ..
