Eh, everyone with a small apartment balcony has vertical room(hanging plants) in addition to any room on their porch to grow plants. Doubtful there’d be enough to support your family, but there’s enough to strongly supplement your vegetable supply for the summer months. I have about 4′x6′ on my porch and can get a solid 6 months of vegetables out of my growing if I stretch it.
Also, why bother purchasing a FOID card? Firearms are legal, there’s no reason for it..
