Thanks for the Video and bravo if this diet works for you. I tried a diet similar to this, low fat, lots of fruits and veggies, lots of carbs. I did very poorly on the high carb/low fat diet I was following. Some of the problems I had were, falling asleep or getting very drowsy after meals, extreme hunger, peeling/painful skin, very irritable, extreme-extreme cravings for FAT, depression……just to name a few. I do high fat and no/low carb, this is the best diet for me- no depression is great!
