I work for a small company and need some sort of system that will allow my coworkers and I to share news articles and possibly documents with each other. Any suggestions?

Office Live Workspace would be a great option! It allows users to access, share, and edit documents, and you get 5GB free. You don’t have to worry about using flash drives, which could go missing, be damaged, or malfunction. It syncs with Microsoft Office products, for easy saving to the cloud.

Here’s an article about how to create an "open" workspace, for you and others to give you an idea of how it works. http://ask.officelive.com/workspace/blogs/workspace_team/archive/2009/02/17/create-an-open-workspace.aspx
