i am 18 and i weigh about 185. about 10 lbs over… ive got a big build(highschool wrestling) but ive also got a bit of a gut.. not big but not good looking… i think i also got a small case of man boobs… theyre only noticable with out a shirt on. if i can lose the extra fat than i would look like a young body builder.. no joke.so now im weightlifting again for 30 min.(3 days a week) running for 30 min. and swimming for 30 min. a day… whats a good diet to help me lose the weight with the exercise??

You surely can loss your weight will the correct eating habits. Give yourself some time. We must recognise that we gained our weight over time. Thus you will need time to loss it too.

Try stop eating. Or just cut back half of what you eat and only drink water. Im 13 and after about a month of not really eating, i lost about 25 pounds. But some people say that its "unhealthy." Good Luck.:)
