Is it possible to find a real one? I need to drop some pounds because I hit my 20’s and my metabolism slowed down. And I have a wedding coming up for a friend! Please help! Do you know a diet or pills or whatever that acutally work? I am in the process of getting a trainer at a gym also so please no one yell at me about that k!?! Thankyou!
ps.. please be like a normal person not someone trying to sale something that doesnt work to me. If you know pills that I could go buy at the store or a diet I can look up online that you tried. That kinda thing. Thanks!
be careful my friend, if anyone or anything that make you believe there is such a thing such as FAST weightloss, BE CAREFUL!
i am not saying that there are no fast weight loss Supplements or ways, but it’s just dangerous for your health. keep in mind that weightloss is NOT EQUAL to fit or burn fat, you can loss a lot of weight by lossing a lot of liquid in your body.
the best way to burn fat and keep fit is to have a balanced diet (NOT SUPPLEMENTS) and do exercises (burn more Calories than intake).
good luck, and really, be careful with the so called fast weightloss diet. health comes first.

Then all you have to do is eat 500 calories less per day, as well as doing that excercise at the gym and you’ll lose between 1 and 2 pounds per week. Try a ready-porridge for breakfast as it gives you loads of energy and only has 100 calories, then a low calorie soup and bread for lunch etc.

Well what has helped me lose weight(I was 125 and now 102-103) was simply one program, told me exactly how to do it. Without any pills and other stuff. Just check it out for yourself. He convinced me and I´m thrilled I got his e-book!
