i am not saying that there are no fast weight loss supplements or ways, but it&#039;s just dangerous for your health. keep in mind that weightloss is NOT EQUAL to fit or burn fat, you can loss a lot of weight by lossing a lot of liquid in your body.

the best way to burn fat and keep fit is to have a balanced diet (NOT SUPPLEMENTS) and do exercises (burn more Calories than intake).

good luck, and really, be careful with the so called fast weightloss diet. health comes first.
