i&#039;m under gastro, endocrinolgist, cardio and family health care... gluten free WHEAT free foods is keeping me quiet... drink lots of liquids  i like propel , vit water gatorade green teas /gingerale  rice cream of rice GRITS polenta corn meal etc will hold you a bit try rice milk and or almond milk  instead of cows milk try  soy milk too .. works for me... watch for MSG in foods and DYES  stay natural with plain tator  chips torilla chips corn chips the others have MSG and alot of preservatives and I react to them, corn torilla shells not flour , happy to share food Ideas ... no fast foods... for me however i can eat french fries  to some degree,  stay with tossed salads... your broths for soup no wheat no msg.. read pkg...&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;my life..</description>
