Going over some of the Supplements I take, and giving my opinion on them and some tips.
*Update*
I am a personal trainer, I have plenty of certifications to prove it, and I have been bodybuilding for years…If you are ignorant enough to try to argue with me on the fact that you can lose bodyfat and gain muscle at the same time, do your research online before posting on this video. There are two exceptions to this rule, if your on steroids, or if you just started working out for the first time in your life, for everyone else, it is impossible.

dude I’m no expert but taking fish oil 8 times a day seems a little bit too much on what is prescribed by the doctors…

You are correct, it is very hard to lose fat and gain muscle but it is definitely possible. I already have a reasonably low body fat per. around 8 percent. BUT I have some fat in places where I don’t want (hips, lower back) and not too much where I do want (upper back, a little near the rib cage). I have been gaining weight with my workout program while still doing a light cardio every day (heavy bag). I have seen results in the past few months of fat being lost and weight gained.

Gaining muscle and …
Gaining muscle and losing fat at the same time is incredibly hard without added hormones or if you aren’t just starting an exercising program. Best thing to do at your BF % and weight would be to diet down to around 10-12 % BF or 8-10 weeks of dieting and then start a lean bulking diet eating the same clean foods but in greater quantities. If you dieted down lower than 10 % you would probably lose too much muscle and your metabolism would go down. If you want some dieting strategies msg me

The saturated fats in muscle milk is from MCTs which are beneficial to health. Found in coconut oil, Medium-Chain Triglycerides have been shown to raise GH levels and gives both mass building and fat loss effects…….Egg protein is probably the best source of protein. I started add pasteurized egg whites found in cartons to my whey. Has the consistency of skim milk, no taste, and easier than eating 10 scrambled egg whites every morning.

you should use casein EVERY NIGHT before bed not at night which will stay in your system til you wake up not worrying about your body starving (not only when you’re bulking). and right after your workout you could take in your whey 30 mins after your workout no later than 45. you need glutamine period.

ama a bodybuilder i combine animal pack which each pack has over 12 pill so everytime i take them before working out and for me chewing on them makes it easy to digest and for my body to absorb every vitamin!

Your diet must be spot on. When I do diet seriously I usually see some muscle gains, but I am also raising protein consumption at the same time. Diet down to when you start to feel like you need some muscle and diet up until you feel like you need to loose some fat. Don’t be scared to gain a little fat to gain a lot more muscle. It’s easy to diet that bit off when you do
