I’ve read in a number of places that various Vitamins, minerals and herbs can help with minimising tics.

Here I describe what I’m trying to start with. Sorry the audio isn’t very clear.

Altogether, the Supplements shown in the video (Gingko biloba, B complex + B12, calcium + magnesium, inositol, B6 and St. John’s wort) came to about £35 :(

The non-vegetarian capsules were cheaper (and there was a 75% off offer on, but not on the veggie ones) but I can’t have gelatin.

I don’t want to try ‘proper’/standard medication because of the large numbr of side effects and my Tourettes is no way near severe enough to warrant it.

I’ll try to post updates.

I HAVE NO IDEA WHY THE SOUND HAS GONE OUT OF SYNC. IT HASN’T ON MY LAST FEW VIDEOS. I’LL TRY TO REPRODUCE AND UPLOAD IT WHEN I HAVE TIME.

RE: capsules
You just pop them in your mouth like pills, grab some water, and swallow. Nothing weird.

I’ll tell you one thing taking vitamin b-12 will turn your pee to a neon yellow… even a greenish color. Nothing really to be worried about, it’s just the b-12 that your body didn’t absorb.

You still doing this?

Thanks for your comment :)

They’re probably quite common but I have just never had the need to take one before and I knew nothing about them. In fact I’d wondered for quite some time how one takes a capsule.

It’s just one of those things that I happened not to know :)

Are capsuls …
Are capsuls uncommon in the UK. Not meaing to be insulting or anything, it’s just weird that you didn’t know what to do with them, which is why I’m wondering.

You’re quite an intelligent person, and here I would expect even a common mind person to know how to take a capsul.

The doctors weren’t very helpful. I like exercising, but it can make things worse for a bit. I can’t risk making my neck tic more at the moment. It hurts enough as it is :(

What you’re saying …
What you’re saying is not batshit crazy, it makes sense, but I’d go to a doctor if you suspect that you have a certain deficiency in the way you intake food. Exercise helps too dude.

I eat a healthy …
I eat a healthy diet. It’s possible that I need more than I can get from my diet. That’s what I’m trying to find out. Also, to find what is wrong, if anything, with my diet, it’s easier to use supplements, because by trying different foods, it’s inaccurate because you’re altering levels of several different things at a time. Thus when I have discovered what it is, I can adjust the diet accordingly. I don’t know if the way I’ve described this makes any sense lol

LOL, but really, …
LOL, but really, you don’t need this stuff if you’re eating a balanced diet. That’s all. No need to overdo the vitamins. It could do more damage than good.
