Ok, this is a shot in the dark. I seem to remember a program online in which you could just enter what you ate (and how much) into it, and I think it gave a total of everything you ate in the day (X calories, X grams protein, X fiber….etc).

Only thing is, it was so long ago I could be making this up, making some little program into this supertool.

But I hope not, it sounds useful at this time in my life.

Anyone have any idea/clue? Sorting through all the Google results for "diet tool" or "daily food calculator" seems daunting at the moment (have quite a bit to do tonight), so if anyone actually knows, that would save me time.

I just want an easy way to keep track of my protein and fiber intake and maybe see how I am with Vitamins and minerals. I think the program was free to the public.

Thank you in advance.

I use FitDay.com. Works great and let’s you add custom foods. Also tracks weight, exercise, and calories eaten and burned. Also tracks nutrients. The online version is free.
