		<description>&lt;b&gt;They were great and ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; They were great and I felt like I was cheating. lol I tried doing Atkins like 9 years ago. I was doing pretty good, but this was back before I had a computer. Now it seems much easier with people like yourself and others putting all these recipes out there.I feel like I have a better chance of staying on it.  Thanks again :)</description>

You might try paper towels and pressing the extra water out.  Try the bullion cube too.  It may soak up some of the water as well.</description>
