Was able to get customer service number 877-294-5265 through my CC company. Had problems with auto-renewal charges and couldn’t get anything resolved through Norton’s website. Would not recommend using Norton’s software. The number posted above got me right through to a customer service agent- what a miracle.

Norton is the biggest rip off trust me. I had to pay $99 dollars as well for them to remove a virus, they gave me a 10 day guarantee, it just so happen after the ten days my computer got back the same virus AGAIN. I was heated. It’s impossible to talk to a live person or somebody in charge. i told those the same shit, if i’m using your ant-virus and i get a virus why do i have to pay.

Ok check this out I had 2009 it expired so i went & bought 2010 6 mnths ago came home installded the 2010 cd ok everything loaded it entered my KEY in and it said it completed an I activated 2010 it malfuntioned still had 2009 on my PC. i cought a virus called norton they charged me $100.00. I had 3 technicians working on my PC Tech tels me hey you are running 2009 so he said no problem I will upgrade it for you so how can I have been running 2009 when it expired ?????

Thanks for your input, they charged my account today for a renewal fee that I didnt even want. I have tried to call them was on hold for 30 mins, no one answered. Got tired of waiting and hung up will try again tomorrow, Norton anti-virus is a rip-off!!!!!
