As for raising your blood pressure, you do realize a high fat diet lowers one blood pressure and cures hyper tension in most people in a few weeks.</description>

I would view it as similar to IF (Intermittent Fasting), and there are a number of people that do that for success.  While not ideal (eating at least every 6 hours is ideal), it does teach you something about your body and may help lose weight.

As for Diet 7Up, if you can lose while drinking it (and the aspartame it contains), you can up to 3x per day.  Make sure you are getting your water in as well.  Check out my water video for tips how to help with that.</description>

i have 2 question, am muslim and ramadan is soon i have to fast all day untill the sun is down, being on the low carb diet is that acceptable? is it healthy or dangerous? i won&#039;t drink nor eat all day untill the sun is down for a month.

a other question is i keep drinking diet seven up it is acceptable? there is carbohydrate water in it can i still drink it? i mean thats the only thing that keeps me on the diet that why i drink so many of them otherwise ill crav</description>
