		<description>&lt;b&gt;your weight loss ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; your weight loss diet sounds a lot like mine. i love oatmeal, fiber, and all that in the morning, apples and bananas for snack and salad with raisins and honey drizzled. i can&#039;t really say i&#039;m a vegan since i do eat mercury-free, wild caught Alaskan white fish sometimes.. but i try to avoid dairy, egg, and meat for the most part. love your videos! :) just discovered and will follow religiously now ^^</description>
