Good songs about not being able to express yourself?

Hi, does anyone know good songs about basically not being able to say what you want, do what you want, etc because of the pressure of others? I feel like everyone criticizes me for everything I do. People give me crap for who I am, and whatever I do, someone will laugh at me for it. I feel like I can’t express myself anymore. Does anyone have a song with this kind of message? About not being able to express myself?

People Judge and Criticize when they know you care about what they think and say….
Ignore them and treat them like they don’t count you’ll see they’ll start to listen.
