Here are a few Salmon recipes that are good! Enjoy!!

Maple Salmon

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 pound salmon

DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, garlic salt, and pepper.
Place salmon in a shallow glass baking dish, and coat with the maple syrup mixture. Cover the dish, and marinate salmon in the refrigerator 30 minutes, turning once.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven, and bake salmon uncovered 20 minutes, or until easily flaked with a fork.

BlueBerry Grilled Salmon

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup chicken stock
1 cup fresh blueberries
2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives
4 (6 ounce) salmon steaks
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
Pour 1/2 cup chicken stock, vinegar, orange juice, and honey into a saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium. Dissolve cornstarch in 1/4 cup of chicken stock, and stir into the simmering sauce. Cook and stir until the sauce thickens and turns clear, 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in the blueberries and chives, and keep warm over low heat.
Preheat grill to medium high-heat.
Brush salmon with oil, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Grill until the fish flakes easily with a fork, about 3 to 4 minutes per side. Serve with blueberry sauce.

Mediterranean Salmon

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
4 cloves garlic, pressed
4 (3 ounce) fillets salmon
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt

DIRECTIONS
Mix together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a small bowl. Arrange the salmon fillets in a shallow baking dish. Rub garlic onto the fillets, then pour the vinegar and oil over them, turning once to coat. Season with cilantro, basil, and garlic salt. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.
Preheat your oven’s broiler.
Place the salmon about 6 inches from the heat source, and broil for 15 minutes, turning once, or until browned on both sides and easily flaked with a fork. Brush occasionally with the sauce from the pan.

Grilled Salmon Kyoto

INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon green onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
4 salmon steaks (1 inch thick)
1 tablespoon olive oil

DIRECTIONS
In a shallow glass baking dish, combine soy sauce, orange juice concentrate, oil, tomato sauce, lemon juice, mustard, green onion, garlic, and ginger. Place salmon in marinade, and turn to coat. Cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat.
Remove salmon from marinade. Pour marinade into a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, and cook for 1 minute.
Lightly oil the grill grate. Brush or spray salmon with olive oil. Cook on grill for 5 to 10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Turn salmon once, and brush with boiled marinade halfway through cooking time.

Is it possible to find a real one? I need to drop some pounds because I hit my 20’s and my metabolism slowed down. And I have a wedding coming up for a friend! Please help! Do you know a diet or pills or whatever that acutally work? I am in the process of getting a trainer at a gym also so please no one yell at me about that k!?! Thankyou!
ps.. please be like a normal person not someone trying to sale something that doesnt work to me. If you know pills that I could go buy at the store or a diet I can look up online that you tried. That kinda thing. Thanks!

be careful my friend, if anyone or anything that make you believe there is such a thing such as FAST weightloss, BE CAREFUL!

i am not saying that there are no fast weight loss Supplements or ways, but it’s just dangerous for your health. keep in mind that weightloss is NOT EQUAL to fit or burn fat, you can loss a lot of weight by lossing a lot of liquid in your body.

the best way to burn fat and keep fit is to have a balanced diet (NOT SUPPLEMENTS) and do exercises (burn more Calories than intake).

good luck, and really, be careful with the so called fast weightloss diet. health comes first.

happy exercising =D

My maxes are: bench 165 squat 255. If any you guys out their would recommend some good workouts.

Jefferson spoke these words. Im able to summerize it in about 2 sentences. help anyone?

That the several states composing the United States of America are not united on the principle of unlimited submission to their general government; but that, by compact, under the style and title of a Constitution for the United States, and of amendments thereto, they constituted a general government for special purposes, delegated to that government certain definite powers, reserving, each state to itself, the residuary mass of right to their own self-government; and that whensoever the general government assumes undelegated powers, its acts are unauthoritative, void, and of no force; that to this compact each state acceded as a state, and is an integral party; that this government, created by this compact, was not made the exclusive or final judge of the extent of the powers delegated to itself, since that would have made its discretion, and not the Constitution, the measure of its powers; but that, as in all other cases of compact among powers having no common judge, each party has an equal right to judge for itself, as well of infractions as of the mode and measure of redress.

thanks, will choose best answer

The federal government does not have unlimited powers, they share powers with the state governments. The political parties get to decide how much power the government has.
